We allow members to bring guests, and we treat them like members. However, if you plan on bringing the same guests on a regular basis (e.g. your business partner, spouse, etc), we ask they become a member.

All locations are 24/7. We are never not open :)

Plenty ‘o free parking at Avondale Estates.
Over 60 first come, first serve free parking spots in the lots immediately surrounding Little Tree Studios (along Franklin St, Olive St, and Washington St) and the lot by the railroad tracks at the end Olive St, past Washington St.
Please note that you will see signs for Parkmobile in these lots, however members do not need to pay to park. If you happen to receive a ticket in this lot for not paying, reach out to hey@switchyards.com.

We don’t offer tours at any of our Switchyards locations.

Avondale Estates has 1 meeting room and 4 soundproof phone booths. All bookable at no extra cost to members.

All locations have phone booths and/or meeting rooms. They must be reserved in order to be used. No drop-ins. You can book up to 4 hours each day for a meeting space (in 2 hour increments) and 2 hours for phone booths (up to 2 one hour slots in booths each day). Please don't overstay your booking, as another member will likely have it booked after you.

Switchyards Avondale Estates is designed for two distinct experiences: a “cafe” area for collaboration and solo work and a quiet library for deep focus. There are also phone booths and/or meeting rooms, and a cozy kitchen with nonstop free coffee and tea.
